For many of our vacancies, we request our candidates to submit a pre-recorded short video to add to their portfolio alongside their CV. It may sound a little daunting at first but there are endless positives to adding this layer to your application.

💥 Employers don’t need to take large amounts of time out of their diaries` to conduct initial interviews. This can speed up how long it takes candidates to hear feedback and progress through the process.

💡 Once you have been registered by one of our consultants, you will be sent a link to record your video.
💡 You use the link to open a portal where you can record the video as many times as you like before submitting it.
💡 Spend 60-90 seconds introducing yourself and the experience you have that lends itself to the role you’re applying to.
💡 Once submitted, your potential employer will be able to view your video and cv before making a decision to continue with your application.
